Elite is comprised of a small number of office personnel and high quality, dependable subcontractors with one goal in mind: To provide a personal home-building experience and deliver on of the best products available.
We have been using and overseeing the same subcontractors for years and having them on our team allows us to feel comfortable about offer you a product and service that will put a smile on your face as long as you enjoy your home.

After serving in the United States Navy, James obtained a degree in Architectural Design from Delaware Tech, and has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. He has built over 100 custom homes in the Kent and Sussex County areas of Delaware – and still counting!
He enjoys taking the ideas a person has for their new home and making them into a reality.
Theresa Cappuccino

Color Coordinator
Theresa has a great eye for color coordinating and exceeds in helping clients choose material selections for their new home. Additionally, she is tasked with day to day operations of the business.
Theresa is very thorough in running the business applications for the company as well as conversations and meetings needed to complete the projects.
Clients greatly appreciate her input and professionalism that she puts towards their new home experience.
She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Delaware.
